My telegram dated the 7th may have reached you. The

characters on the wooden handles of the implements

have been engraved. They should be scrapped after the

job.

When used the next time it is proposed to

write the characters on pieces of plaster and stick

them to the handles, so that no clue is left behind.

Newspaper presses will refuse to insert designs which

cannot be read. It is better not to employ them.

Please instruct us.
